ResortQuest Surfside Resort is a majestic high-rise that combines the amenities of a luxury hotel with the spaciousness of condominium living. Located on the North side of scenic beachfront Highway 98, this property is conveniently close to downtown Destin. Cross the sky bridge that connects the pool deck with snow-white beaches and explore the Gulf of Mexico. This complex offers lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts. A seasonally heated pool, Jacuzzi, large deck for barbecues, full concierge service and complimentary seasonal beach service (summer only) are also featured at this resort.
**This property requires a three-night minimum stay 3/12/03-6/27/03 and 7/05/03-12/31/03; and a four-night minimum stay 6/28/03-7/03/03.**
**A $35 damage waiver will be collected at the resort.**
**No RV's, trailers or motorhomes are allowed on site.**
**Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.**

These spacious accommodations also include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, cable TV, iron and ironing board and a video cassette player. Most units feature a private balcony.

1096 Old Highway 98, Destin, FL - From the Panama City-Bay County International Airport, depart on Jackson Way and go southeast one-half mile. Turn right on SR-390 and go southwest for 2.3 miles. Turn right on SR-368, SR-390-Alt and go West for 1.9 miles. Turn right on US-98 and go West for 46 miles. Turn left on SR-293 and go South for 40 feet. Turn left on US-98, SR-30 and go East for 2.9 miles. Turn right on US Highway 98/US Highway 98 West/State Highway 30 and go West for 0.3 miles to the property.
