Each spacious two-bedroom/ two-bathroom suite contains 1200 square feet of living space and all the comforts of home. A fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator is featured in each suite as well as cable TV, VCR, iron/ironing board, telephone, air conditioning, and private balcony. Laundry facilities are located on each floor for your convenience.

30 Moreno Point Road, Destin, FL - From the Pensacola Regional Airport: Depart airport on local roads. Turn right (South) onto Service Road. Bear left (South-East) onto Summit Boulevard. Turn right (South) onto US-90 (Scenic Highway). Turn left (South) onto North 17th Avenue. Keep straight onto US-98. Turn right on Gulfshore Drive (five traffic lights from the Destin Bridge). Pass Sandpiper Cove, turn right at stop sign onto Moreno Point Road. Dolphin Point will be approximately two blocks down on the left. The office is in the clubhouse, near the tennis court.
